Cialis should not be used in patients with any of the following conditions:

If you develop a breast milk secretory disorder (BMSD), you should not use tadalafil. This condition is hereditary, and you should not use Cialis if you have it for any length of time. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding, try to take Cialis with your doctor before you use any other medication, herbal supplement, or vitamin. This can increase your risk of serious side effects.
Cialis is not recommended for breast-feeding. You should not use this medication if you are or are about to have a baby. Do not use it while you are breastfeeding.
